The vin de Ménetou-Salon,sometimes called the “Burgundy of the Berry” is the wine of Jacques Coeur. This vineyard, acquired in 1450 by the local hero covers 330 hectares and consists of grapes: Sauvignon for the whites and Pinot Noir for the reds. They are fresh and fruity wines with multiple flavors from citrus flowers for whites, ripe or dried fruit for red and rosé.
