For tourists worrying about possible nuisances: if rooms are available at the time of booking, there is no reception. Your quiet stay is preserved.

Are you looking for the perfect location for your reception, wedding, birthday, seminar or event? Here is our reception room!

We will privatize for you (no other reception or other paying guests) this large 3 hectare “country chic” estate with :

. Reception room of 200 m2 for 174 people seated with dance floor, sound and light equipment, video projector and white screen.

. Catering office

. Outdoor space of 1200 m2 in front of the room for cocktail and brunch the next day.

. 2 hect. landscaped park for cocktail, secular ceremony

. Accommodation in guest rooms and gites for 31 people

. Parking

. Weddings: 48 hour rental, for example from Friday 3pm to Sunday 3pm.

. Seminars: daily or tailor-made rental

. Ideal location to gather your family and friends in the centre of France: Orléans = 70 km, Bourges and Auxerre = 80 km, Paris = 150 km (2 km from the A.77 exit).

No time restrictions, no corkage fees, no imposed providers …. total freedom! but advice and lists of providers on request.
